Luckily I have used a workaround to get DDS and run it and the log is posted below. All this efforts have failed me and it's so bad it won't let me get on google not allow download of any software that might be useful to troubleshoot. I have gone to my registry and deleted any value with string "jzip" or "touch" which are the names associated with the malware.
